Change Has Come

At the very least, the Office of the President-Elect's new website, change.gov, gives the appearance that Barack Obama means business. He's making me so horny about America all that antichrist nonsense might be for real. I mean, the Pick 3 lottery in Illinois did pop 6-6-6 the day after Obama was elected.....

  1. Why does Mr. Obama apparently insist the he be referred to as president- elect, when he, his staff and the press corps refer to the present President by his last name only.
Is this an attempt to show a hidden disrespect and contempt to President Bush and the office of THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

  2. by what means is he insisting on being called president-elect? by being president-elect? and i believe obama is referred to as "obama" as often as bush is referred to as "bush." not all of us use our prefixes as conscientiously as you do, mr., mrs., or ms. anonymous.

  3. Dear Ms. Peterson, if your read my letter I stated apparently. Because since Tuesday night he has been referred to as president-elect by all the news media. At his president-elect news conference the news media addressed their questions to him by using the term president-elect Obama. There was a presidential seal which also stated president-elect on the podium he stood behind. O by the way I am the anonymous one.

  4. ok. well, i seriously doubt he's insisting. i think people just use the term because it's handy and correct. no conspiracy, no disrespect as far as i can tell, mr. repeteover.
